Niños and Neighbors exists to make Santa Fe a better, more livable place for families by ensuring the thousands of families who raise kids and invest in this city have a voice in local elections and policy decisions.
A Santa Fe that sees children as a priority, not a side note. Where families don't have to fight for basic infrastructure like splash pads, safe playgrounds, and accessible childcare.
Family-First Governance: Policy decisions should consider impact on children and families.
Community Care: Building coalitions of parents, grandparents, caregivers, educators, and neighbors.
Accountability: Tracking promises and ensuring follow-through.
Accessibility: Advocating for infrastructure and policies that work for all families.
A Political Action Committee (PAC) allows us to be directly active in local elections while maintaining complete transparency. Unlike other organizational structures where donors can remain anonymous ("dark money"), PAC donations are fully disclosed and publicly reported. This means you can see exactly who supports family-focused change in Santa Fe.
Most importantly, a PAC lets us do what matters most: endorse candidates who are committed to prioritizing families, track their policy decisions once elected, and ensure our community's voice is heard during election season when it counts most.
